I provide five (5) plant-related endeavors, as a freelancing sole-proprietor:
- Writing and publishing.
- Lecturing, teaching, and leading tours. Custom tours at $100/hour.
- Photography: slide shows, selling of rights to use my plant images.
- Hands-on pruning and garden work at $56/hour (plus sales tax) in Seattle.
- Consulting at $120/hour: analysis, diagnosis, identification, suggesting, and custom writing.
I do consider situations of "Barter." Examples of my Custom Tours include showing families wild edible plants in their neighborhood park; leading tree walks on birthdays; tutoring an individual on a specific aspect of the plant realm . . .
For a more thorough understanding of my services, serious inquiries should Contact Me directly. More people seek my help than I can find time for. So starting in 2023 I must decline most jobs not near enough to where I live. Adopting a narrower geographic range reduces commuting time, and increases time for client work, book writing, or anything else. But you may have a special job that I cannot resist, even if you live not so near. So feel free to ask.
